If, within 60 days of receiving your order, you find that your GracePaw™ Mitt:

  • Did not arrive, or
  • Arrived damaged or faulty

...simply contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email us at hello@gracepaw.shop within 60 days of your order date
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please attach a photo so we can resolve it as quickly as possible

We aim to respond to all requests within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled..

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 60 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement.
