All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, followed by a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location. Some areas may experience slightly longer delivery times due to customs processing or local courier handling.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 2-5 days for tracking information to update after you receive this email, as it can take a short time for the carrier to scan the package into their system.
International Shipping
We currently ship to multiple countries. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, local customs processes, and courier availability. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Delays

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@gracepaw.shop with your order number. We'll investigate and make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
